This website, www.goodgoodies.co.in (the "Website"), is owned and operated by Good Goodies Food Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. In these Terms, "Good Goodies", "we", "us" and "our" mean the company. "You" and "your" mean any person who browses the Website or buys from it.
By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. Together, these form the agreement between you and us. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
You may check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately at support@goodgoodies.co.in if you suspect unauthorised use. You must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing orders, including your shipping address and phone number.
You may cancel your order before it is processed or dispatched by contacting us at support@goodgoodies.co.in or +91 74348 88828. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. We do not charge a cancellation fee on orders cancelled before processing.

Our products are perishable food items, so we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind reasons, for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged, tampered, expired, defective or incorrect product:
Once your claim is verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not possible, for example because the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days. COD refunds are paid to a bank account or UPI ID you provide.

When you post a review, comment, photo or other content on our Website or social channels, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display and reproduce it, with credit to you where reasonable, for marketing and improving our services. Your content must be genuine and based on your own experience. It must not be false, misleading, defamatory or obscene, and it must not infringe anyone's rights. We may moderate or remove content that breaks these Terms. We do not publish fake reviews, and we do not selectively suppress genuine negative reviews.
All content on the Website belongs to Good Goodies Food Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. This includes the Good Goodies name, logos, product names, packaging designs, photographs, text and graphics. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use any of it commercially without our prior written permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including product liability claims, or under any other law that cannot be excluded by contract.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, strikes, transport disruptions and failures of internet or payment networks.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right to approach any Consumer Commission with jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Changes do not affect orders placed before the update.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
